Voters in California have a chance to vote in favor of an amendment to effectively overturn Citizens United. The Vote on Prop 59 could be the most powerful vote Californians cast in November. 

We must act now to:

• End corrupt SuperPACs
• End corporate constitutional rights
• Stop secret money in our elections

A YES VOTE ON PROP 59 instructing Congress to pass a 28th Amendment is California's clarion call to overturn the disastrous Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. FEC. and to restore a government of the People, by the People, and for the People.
