I WILL VOTE YES ON PROP 59 to instruct my California Legislators to use all of their powers to promote and ratify an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to Overturn Citizens United.
I WILL ONLY SUPPORT CANDIDATES for Congress who have acted or pledged to overturn Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission with a Constitutional Amendment to END corrupt Super PACs, END corporate constitutional rights and STOP THE FLOW of secret money into our elections.
Moreover, in the future I WILL NOT VOTE TO RE-ELECT any member of Congress WHO FAILS TO SUPPORT an amendment to the United States Constitution as called for by California's Proposition 59.
